I am an owner of confident villa plots and feel, it was the biggest mistake of my life. These people are just selling the property by showing some marketing gimmicks.
I was just asking, about the water connectivity about the Villa plots and they were saying, they are very prompt in giving water. So I personally visited many villa plots which belongs to Sarjapura-attibele road, to see the quality of construction and water connectivity.
Most of the Villa sights are announced in many years back and few of them developed a little. Some people are already staying in these villa plots and they are also very upset about confident group. But I haven’t seen any water connectivity provided by confident group in these Villa plots
The electricity cabling and lightnings are not functioning in many villa projects. I was wondering some layout, the layout wall itself collapsed due to small rain. Just imagine the quality of construction now:-)
But these people are keep announcing the new villa plots by showing government approvals with some hyped prize and we people are just investing without looking anything.
Before buying these projects, Kindly ensure whether they provide all amenities mentioned in the brochure.
