No Planning of parking while designing homes. After construction if there is space left they will give to a few people. Else temporary arrangements. E.g. Antlia, and antlia 3.

They Uses low quality fittings. It stops working in 6 months. Ex. Atik.

Half covered parking or conjusted parking area but they charge for full size parking. E.g. atik.

They use Usha lifts which works hardly 25% of the time and by mistake if you are 5 people then you are stuck in between floors. That’s the fun of no-quality lifts for Confident. E.g. atik
