I have purchased an apartment in confident Atik and my personal analyst towards the project is it has been completed as promised and have also delivered as they have committed in terms of quality. (Trust me its value for money) my only concern is the amenities have not been provided as guaranteed while handing over, but the work at the site has been started and I am kind of okay with it and hope confident looks into this matter and do the needful at the earliest
My overall experience towards Confident Group is, they are prompt always kept in touch, so knew exactly when job was going to be done. They are equipped with skilled tradesmen ship. We are delighted with Confident and would recommend them to others....
