Dear Buyers,


I am planning to buy the flat in confident leo, but price that they are quoting is very high


I want honest option from the current flat owner on below points-




  1. At how much rate they purchased(per sq/ft rate)




2, How is the construction quality




  1. Any general opinion on flats




  2. Hows is the appreciation in that area
