I purchased an apartment in Cochin from Confident Group- Confident Atria, and go t the best price at that time. there was a delay in the said date of handing over, and I do understand it was not there mistake as the market conditions were worse at this period. I appreciate the efforts taken by sales and home care dept of Confident Group to keep me posted about the progress happening at each stage.
Even though I had financial crunch and when explained the same to them, they really took care of it and gave me time, which no other builder has done, as I have investments in other places as well. I have read the reviews on this site about Confident Group, I don’t know about others, but I TRUST THIS GROUP because they gave me the finest quality apartment even though it was delayed. I have recommended Confident Atria to my friends which to my knowledge is Crisil 7 star rated.
