Many Reasons not to but this property.
Only one Bore for 86 Flats which is having water, rest 3 bore do not have water(Dry). That means you have to pay money to buy water in future. No cavery water.
Jade Sandrome is not a fully constructed by Confident builder. They built in partnership(Confident and Sandrone) Sandrome has constructed this building and this is sandrome"s 1st project, they do not have any experience to built. Confident cannot use their Logo for this building, that means if u want to sell your flat, you cannot expect much high selling rate.
This building construction is weak Specially walls, it has already forming cracks in some Flats. it is just six months old building and in some Flats walls started becoming wet in first rainy season . two Flat ownners complains while fixing curtain rod on a wall some part of wall fell off.( size of a palm). Sandrome used very very less cement for construction of walls. One flat owner told me he hired 3 different electricians for his flat, and all of them complained that the walls are too weak to work.
there is a SURABHI BAR near this Building which is a creating nuisance for Flat owners. As in night times some drunkurds park the vehicle and drinks alcohol. Some of the drunkurd s simply sit on the road side and start drinking near the small hindu temple. It happens during night time around 7:30 to 9:30pm. As this is the only way to enter the building, it is very risky for women to walk on that road.(any thing can happen).
Hey friends, My suggession when ever u invest your hard earn money on buying flats, do not fell for marketing guys. Instead simply know the doors of flat owners who stay there and know the whole truth about that building. Please do not hesitate to talk with flat owners who already got their flats. Don’t be shy to do so, they will not insult you and kick u out. this is the right way to buy any property. Take Care
