Especially Mutturaj, one person who is handling the entire construction. Don’t fall into his trap with false commitments.
From starting onwords they will say they will support for the govt approvals. But for the approvals they will collect double charges and they will say it is for the bribes. If you dont realise then you will lose most of the your money most of the bribes. If you enquire out side out side other builders especially profissional builder they wont ask bribes also.
If you see in the google reviews most of them are fake reviews . Dont fall into that trap. please observe most them are their known people only putting the reviews.
