Service is not proper way. Review on Custom Builders Faridabad

It is really fake they are taking too much money for even some small pkots I dont understand that why are they doing all like this even they are looting us then what we should to do ?

So guys dont listen there sentences they try to thug us so dont do what they tell to you it is not way to do wastage of money

I heared alot about custom builders and I take a flat by him. Before buying the flat they promise me to give a well locationed flat with good ventilation and VAASTU. They also explain the term vaastu and I am very satisfied.

After shifting to the flat I saw the real image of the flat. Where floor condition is very poor and walls paint are very bad. The wall have many hair lined cracks in it. The ceiling also have many hair lined cracks.

The location of my flat is very poor and I just totally  up and my mind got struck after seeing the flat location. The whole day their is no sunlight in any part of my flat. Due to low sunlight a very poor smell is also comes by it. I said to them to change the flat they said that they can’t do any thing.

The toilet and bathroom condition is very poor. Most of the time the valve of toilet is empty of water and maintenance is very poor in it. Many times a foul and bad smell is also comes from the room. It is very difficult to servive their. So we decided to change the flat.

After few days we sold our flat and now we are very happy.

I have booked a flat at another place by another and found very good service , facility , peace and cleanliness but here is other environment at the time of booking all the suitable measures are given but all are not provided at that time.

I am disappointed by seeing these type of service rooms are thoroughly cleaned , plumbing are not adequate and one more important thing toilets are also dirty and smelling whole the room.

Service factor is also disappointing only you have to wait once order because as usual they delay in every thing.

In the office the behavior of their men is rude and they do not know how to deal with their customers if go for complaining they give only advice and also for maintaining any thing they hardly do their jobs.

I have heard bad news of defrauding with the people so be aware before taking any step.

The one main thing is that its cost is also more than the others with all these things.
