I have visited Dalal Buildcon - Mumbai’s office once and I must tell you that the Customer Service was quite good. They greet well and they explain all the details about their projects briefly. Project looks good in brochures but the name of the builder is quite new and you fail to trust the builder. Just like any other builder they try to give jazz but buy any sort of property at your own risk.
Staff Courtesy was good but being a new or unheard builder, you can not trust as you shouldn’t invest money blindly. I will rate 2 out of 5.
