Now Darshan MD is showing politeness by using very soft spoken language to its customer.But customers do not get misled by him.Fight with tooth and nail to drag him out as he has not got any right to play with the customers.
So join hands together, Lets see how he will not going to resolve the issue.Let us make sure it does not happen to any other customer.we have to make one combine effort and attack (not violence) with what ever legal documents we have.First give him ultimatum, if he is not resolving then we have plenty of options to make it possible.
