Hi all I just want to share my experience of living in DEESHARI MEGACITY Chowhati rajpur area. I have spent almost a year here. And the main pros and cons are provided below
Pros-
Rent is really cheal- 7k for 2bhk
Society is well maintained
Society had a restaurant which is charge reasonably and provide extra ordinary
delicious food
Security staff
Gym
Entertainment room/TV room
Indoor sports like- TT and carrom.
All festival are celebrated here.
Cons-
-It’s very inside you you will not get any direct bus. There is no train service in 10 KM area
- Some times you get even ola. Uber doesn’t provide service in this area.
-No ATM till2KM
-No hospital till 3-4 KM
No chemist till 2 km
Maids are super expensive
You have to take pooja subscription by giving 2500 for a year.
Maid will take extra 1 month salary as a bonus during durga pooja.
