Deserve Builders & Developers (P) Ltd having its office at Lucknow and Head Office in Mumbai are involved in construction of luxury flats with project name "Deserve Elite". They are very well behaved people. It looks in first, second and third instances, once you pay money and trapped in their net, then their actual face comes on the front. You can not imagine it. When you start asking completion date and progress of the project they try to misguide you with very very promises. But you will see nothing in ground reality. You will ask refund of money. They will never say "No" and will never refund your money. Ultimately, you will go to RERA or court. There, they will defeat you by their "terms and conditions" written in application form in the font not even visible with lenses. Thus, they will cheat your money and you will get a big zero. Be aware of this builder and refrain from investing any money. They have completed structure of seven floors in six years. With this pace, it will take six more years to complete.
This builder is trying to snatch Rs 2 lacs and is not refunding me by taking shelter of various terms and conditions. I am still struggling to get my refund of Rs 8 lacs for the two years from this builder. Please be aware, be aware.
