This developer always gives false promises and can’t be trusted for their timelines.
For booking plot in Sai city. They had collected initial booking amount(1L) in August 2016.
Then they asked us to pay another 25% to have Sale deed done.
While taking 25% advance payment, they had committed that they will do property registration in next 60-70 days.
Now it is almost one year, Property registration is still pending. They are not able to come up with a concrete date.
After calling to their office repeatedly since November 2016, every time they will say they are awaiting some clearances from BMRDA which is expected next 30 days.
One year time has passed, but we are yet to see any progress in Property registration.
Think twice before paying advance amount(25%) which they will ask for blocking the Plot.
