Hello friends I am an architecture student so I give the ratings out of 10 according different work: -

1.Site location : 9.5 out of 10 ( drishti plaza at nice location )

2.Site planning : 8 out of 10 ( dristi palza site in L shape)

3.elevation : 9.5 out of 10 ( elevation of opposite stadium side is mind blowing)

4.material quality : no idea

1. Desgin concept : 10 out of 10 ( designed by Ar. Vivek bhole awsome work sir)

   
   




2. Marketing strategy : 5 out weak ( need same work on marketing strategy)

   
   




3. Price : no idea

   
   

So over all I give for drishti builders 8.4 out of 10
