my self chandra and Iam the owner of one flat in needs 3project 100recently took it.as per my knowledge this project had got all permissions including occupancy certificate and it legally verified through our lawyer and what ever document asked by my lawyer they provided.so there is no issue in this apartment.and this builder had used good quality material like tata steel, ultratech cement and even good finshing of swimming pool. and before booking we have seen their ongoing projects and that finshing is also good.i dint find any major construction issues in our apartment.
