I am a resident of DS Max Stonehill and own a 3 BHK. Among all 3 BHKs, mine is the second largest in terms of sq ft area. The marketing manager had shown all amenities and parking area before we purchased the apartment.
After possession, the parking was marked and was similar in size as compared to all other parking spaces allocated to 3 BHKs in the same project. I.e; 12.6ft by 14ft.
Had seen the parking space marking sheet that the site engineer had in his office. It had appeared as if they had converted an entire passage way into 2 parking spaces, one for me and the other for another potential buyer, but sized on par as other spaces for 3 BHKs.
Now, my parking space has been reduced to 6 ft by 13 ft by DS Max stating that they need space to access the Utility panel that is adjacent to my parking space. They did so in my absence without informing me. When I confronted the site engineer, Mr. Nagraj, over phone, he says he has no power to make changes and that the CRM team has to advice him and also stated that all parking spaces are equal in size, which isnt the case. The 3 BHK parking spaces are double the size of a 2 BHK parking space. The CRM team keeps looping in other people into a mail thread with no concrete results.
If you need peace of mind and do not want to be ripped off, DO NOT PURCHASE A DS MAX PROPERTY.
They lure you and cheat you starting from parking spaces and moving into illegal construction and deviations that prevent you from getting Khata. This reduces the value of your property.
