DS Max are very good in making false promises, false commitment to customer until they buy the flat. In short they are very good in making their customer fool because after booking they just keep demanding the advance money on the name of modification but the modification will not be as per customer requirement.
One need to keep calling them for their response because they think they are the god!
Even after putting continuous reminder mail, calls and msgs the staff dont have the courtesy and basic manner to reply back or call back.
I feel the chairman should concentrate only on one thing either movies or into real estate rather than becoming the "Jack of all but master of none".
After months of follow up I got the customer complaint number but after calling the representative says "Madam I cannot register the complain, I can only provide the contact number of the person who will help you to rectify the issue". Which is actually "USELESS" because they are not at all interested in rectifying the issue instead they will try their best to convince you.
In short, DS MAX SUCKS!
I wish I could get the chairman number or mail Id.
