I have tried to help my friend to buy one of there ongoing project under the name Palash Villas. As per their brochure it sates that it is a smart home but this is not the case actually. The size which they show in there brochure is also not same. They are overcharging. In the name of modupar kitchen they are charging 100k which is really far much expensive. The cost is too high and from Shaheed path the site is to far. Very bad project with inappropriate information
