Hi there, I’m the owner of a NEW building in Velachery, opposite to PHOENIX MALL. This ELITE ESTATE owner ELENGO and another goon there RAJ KUMAR are biggest cheating, cheap & fraud fellows, they have occupied my building illegally after the 3 Registed years contract which has been expired last year July 2021. Since then he not paying any rent to me, ELENGO has locked and key the liquor bottles and other metrial of them not been removed for my building. My whole family is suffering because of the ELENGO and RAJKUMAR. Kindly don’t deal with him and his company. Don’t become victim like me. He is very well politically connected with the present government & his brother is a minister.
