The services of the Customer Care team at company are quite good. In fact, I am particularly pleased with their efficient communication style. Since I have a very hectic schedule, timely e-mails from the CS team remind me of the due dates of payments which is really helpful.
They also do follow-ups over the phone as well as through text messages which may appear a little overwhelming but prove useful at the end of the day. My husband has been associated with company as a Business Associate, so I have a little bit of understanding about market dynamics, and the current scenario of the realty industry. Almost all our friends have invested with company on his recommendation and are happy with their decision.
The only concern which I have at this very moment is the possession of Palm Hills. In fact, I was really impressed with the sample flat but the final product is what really matters in terms of quality. My past experience with some developers has not been good on account of delayed possession and compromised quality. However, I have faith in company and hopefully will hear some good news soon. Since I intend to pass on these properties to my children, I want only the best for them. This is the reason why I have chosen a reputed brand like company.
