As of now project don’t have all approvals and apart from India bulls no bank is disbursing loan which is very serious matter.
Please check before booking flat in this project. there are no hoardings even when you visit the actual site. only good thing is tentative project plan and it’s location near to five star hotel and NH-8.If you have sufficient money and you don’t have to take bank loan then it is good project to invest in.
