Hii freids this from my experience with the encore developers. they are the well known developers in kerala . there office is situated in the kottayam district in kerala. the work done by them are good as I have experienced . they have good project for the wish of the coustemers as they are good as they give less and best budget project for the consumers. they have good architectures that comes with new ideas and thought that we would like defenetly. the costemer service by the developers are good as they are avaliable for the 24/7 for us. the staff are good we donot have to complaint about the work delay, they complete there work at the time and they are accurate at there work. that dosent mean there will be no quality, they provide good quality of work. I would reccomend any one who palnes to build house or buildings. they are good and best in there field of work.
