I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing an apartment from Etica Developers. I must say that my encounter with them left a bitter taste. Their deceptive practices and failure to stick to their words have greatly disappointed me. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the untrustworthiness of this builder.
To begin with, Etica Developers fell short in their adherence to the agreed-upon scope of work. So prior to your purchase make sure all your agreed upon demands are met otherwise they easily ghost you and play a dirty game.
Moreover, the level of communication from Etica Developers was abysmal. We were forced to pay many hidden charges which were not communicated at all.
They showed a blatant disregard for our concerns and failed to provide satisfactory solutions to the issues we raised. It became increasingly evident that their customer service was lacking, and they were more interested in making false promises than providing quality support.
I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution before considering Etica Developers for their projects, as their deception and unreliability is a cause for concern.
