Before finalizing on Spring Fields Villas, Kazhakuttam - we visited at least 10 different villas from different builders. Our exceptions were very high, finding a house that is liked by family was never possible, all the fights in the family ended when we visited Spring Fields Villas. We liked the Villa architecture, specifications, amenities and the best part was the children’s play area. Space utilized within the flat and the common area is very good. We are very satisfied and happy that we invested in FAVOURITE HOMES.
