I have purchased flat in one of the project construction by fortune developers. I have see the bad quality of construction in bathroom. Water is not passed, sleep age issue. Construction of Wall use putty also not good material. There’ is lack of strength in material, number of complaint seen from my neighbor also. Basin are damage 7/8 flat. after rigorous follow up from day of date of possession builder are not rectify the damage and break wall repair and bathroom work. Very worst experience.
