I had a month long interaction with them in detail and finally booked with them after verifying all the credentials(as much as possible). Looks professionally managed and had a vision and detail plan for everything. on top of all this my family loved the contemporary villa design and the front look of the house.
I have booked in 2nd phase and was happy to see the site work progress so far. I was unlucky to have missed the phase I when the price was much cheaper. The price I found was very competitive in that locality after my research.
