My main concern was that it should be a property with no issues and of course it should not come under any green belt or something and that’s why I booked in Ridgewood Villa, they gave 15 days’ time to verify the legal document. When compared to other properties in Bangalore this much clarity cannot be ascertained. I got the best 3BHK I can get anywhere in Bangalore and not only that I am going to live in a good community like Ridgewood. I have booked in f type 3bhk villa.
