I bought a plot in GBP ROSEWOOD PHASE 1, six years ago. Two years ago when I went to MC Office derabassi, they told me GBP GROUP has sold me a plot which falls in EWS category. So they can’t approve my construction map.
Also please aware other people so that they think twice before investing in GBP GROUP properties.
There are total 80 EWS plots in GBP Rosewood and they have sold all to general category.
These plots should have been sold to poor people and in less than half rate.
