I have recently shifted to Gera Astoria Panjim from a different appartment in same locality as I had heard a lot good about gera Astoria but everything thing just turned to b more wonderful n beautiful as I shifted here.
This place is so well designed n well maintained and so kids friendly.
The society members are so wonderful n cooperative here it was a wise decision to shift here.it feels so nice to know such lovely builders who take special initiatives to do creative this for the society members regarding maintenance and entertainment and development of the kids of the society which I have not seen before. Recently along with the society member s Gera developers they hosted such a fulfill Ed well organised Christmas party in the society we seriously had a great time especially the kids actually also the adults including the aged ppl. I couldn’t believe they were So good.I am v happy with the Gera s and will highly recommend everyone to keep Gera developments Pune in mind first wen we invest. Thank u n merry Christmas.
