I am here to share my experience buying a 3 BHK Duplex. I registered online and received a call quite promptly. The sales person was informative but quite mechanical. However, I was curious and so I visited. I must say, I was impressed by the sheer size of the duplexes.
Quite well designed. Th amenities are also quite a lot in number. Dunno if I am going to be using all of them though and am also worried about the amenities maintenance charges. I was really happy to know about Gera’s 5 year warranty. It’s a nice addition and contributed in my decision to buy.
I am happy with location. I have a small business in Kharadi and Trinity Towers is just 5 min car drive. The price is a little steep though but I think it will be worth it. Will be taking possession soon!
