For the first time when I visited the sales-office and thought about booking a flat in Gera’s SONG OF JOY, I knew very little about Gera Developments. I was simply looking for a flat which should be not too close to the road, should be peaceful and most importantly should be “Kids friendly” specially as I have two little ones of my own. I was introduced to the concept of Child Centric Homes and I liked the sound of it. I decided to go ahead. I shared this news to my colleagues and friends and it was they who mentioned that GERA is a reputed builder. It was not a big thing for me at that time, because I thought after all a developer is “just another developer”. They only construct and do not know how to ‘nurture relationships’. I carried a doubt about whether the promises made would be fulfilled or not? Did I make the right choice or not? ….But over the months of my interactions and after seeing the enthusiasm, care and dedication to towards the child centric events conducted(the three “Meet the Legend” series, the community engagements and other activities), there is no doubt that the developer is very focused on delivering the promised concept of Child Centricity.
From what I have experienced even long before the possession process has commenced, I am sure not only the little ones, but also the parents will enjoy and evolve under these Legendary academics which are coming right at our doorstep. CCH is a Legend of Legends itself. I truly wish GERA would create such Legends across India and make developers think about the possibility of such projects.
