They are develop buildings for living apartment for many contractor. My Mumbai friend’s apartment contract given to them and they complete their flats for many peoples in two year which is so long as compared to its facility. Contractor gave him more money to develop a sweet society building but they don’t do as contractor or other peoples think. In two year he complete his work and when everyone saw this tgey all feel guilty because their apartments not so much as they want and gallery is also small. All really feel bad and parking area not much. So I suggest you don’t give any contract to them otherwise you also feel bad .
