They promise of providing OC when you go to buy property from GK. Nearing completion stage you get negatively surprised as they start saying - Lot of deviations and can’t provide occupancy certificate.
Also you need to fight for months even for small small things(like cracks in wall, broken tiles) once you occupy the apartment.
Looks like they are good at giving false promises, bad customer service.
