Buying flat in Godrej garden city is headach, very poor management, very high price which not match the quality of work.
Even they did not provide you proper document for loan etc..
BU permission is major issue they did not getting BU from AMC for some tower last two years. So if you are looking to buy flats or thinking to invest your hard earned money exclude godrej garden city,
I am also one buyer from GGC bought flat in 2011 till date in 2017 still waiting for my flat key, so I don’t want other suffer same issue.
