Creat fake hype when calling customer that their rates are increasing next day and whole world running to purchase their apartment, only last few left and use fake marketing gimmics without providing any consolidate data the very first time of call to customer, they create urgency tactics and try making customers part with their money so they get stuck, their agents behave like roadside callers trying to grab people young or old, this is my personal experience every time I get a call from their agent "last one left ", I told one if people are standing in que to purchase then why calling me!
