Got my flat around 18 months behind schedule) and the approach to customers are extremely poor and unfriendly. I had never seen such poor management and lousy approach from top management of a company.
Somehow I got the possession but I am not happy with the living conditions. They need to improve a lot if they want to compete with top Bangalore builders. The usage of materials are of poor quality and not the one shown at the model apartment. These shocks I got when I moved to my flat only. There are constant leakages and plumbing and fitting are not good quality. The post sales service is one of the worst I can say due to poor management and hostile approach. I wish I could have selected a flat in shobha or brigade instead….
