Wow project - Ganga Amber

I booked a flat in Ganga Amber in Phase 1, Tathawade Pune. This project has an amazing era of living, infrastructure, amenities and everything. Finally, I am going to have my own home in Pune. I got the deal is on reasonable price which is having the value4money facilities. This place is nearby Hinjewadi and wakad & also have good transport facility as well. I am waiting to shift to my new sweet home. Yeah.! This is amazing.

Be Aware of the builder.

If you have hard earned money to invest then please do not invest at this builders project. I purchased at ganga acropolis, baner. As per our registered agreement our possession was in Dec 2023 and still builder is putting building blocks as current in Oct 2024 and no where nearing possession. Their management never meets customer. Their CRM team don’t pick up calls. They upfront says, compensation won’t be there ( although it’s written in agreement). You are directly or indirectly asked to go to legal actions as per RERA ( as if they don’t care RERA). Quality of work at toss as many promised internal or external amenities are not there.


So be aware before investing!

Fake promises by sales team.

Its been 4 years and we haven’t we got the possession. Never buy flat from GANGA(Goel Ganga).


Every month they come with new promise saying its ready but havent yet given. Almost 98% of payment is taken 2 years back and still no possession. Every month they say, we are applying for OC which is not even done yet.

Horrible post sales experience

Horrible post sales experience. The promises and the good behavior they show us during sales is complete opposite of what the customer faces post sales.


They made me pay money for TDS which they said they will submit on my behalf. however, it has been more than a year since the TDS is submitted. Phone calls and email remain unanswered and now the sales guy tells me that there might be a penalty involved, with no fault of my own. Also had requested them to refund back the amount if they are not able to process.still there has been no response.


Avoid this builder at all costs!

Be ware of their FALSE PROMISSES

All GGD has ever done with its customers is give false promises. They promised the possession of Ganga Serio in Dec 2022 and then every few months they extend the promise by a few months. Now they are late by more than 1.5 years, it is Mar 2024 still they are saying a few months.


Nobody knows when they will give possession.
