Goel Ganga group started the project Ganga Cypress and Ganga Aurum Park in Tathawade Pune which is near to NH -4. Initially they promised like anything but in few days we realised that the builder this fraud. Below are the reasons why you should not buy property in ganga aurum and ganga cypreess.
-Delay in possession.(project started in Jan 2010 still no possession)
-Rude attitude from builder.
-They are registering with company named ’Swastik promoters and builders’ so that legally there name should not be trapped.
-Poor quality of material.

-lack of communication to customers.
