I have been having pleasant experiences with Golden Gate though I know it is still early days. Ive bought a villa in their 3rd phase. All the discussions and negotiations have been professional from their side. Aman, Paul Raj and Raghuveer are very pro customer and affable.
I’ve got the allocation letter now. Waiting for the agreement for sale. We went to the site couple of weeks ago. the demarcation of plots I guess are happening.
