Not even 10% of Golden gate Serenity project is completed in 3 years. If anyone is interested to buy any project with them, just enquire about Golden Serenity project. If you understand the truth, you would never book any project with them. They don’t have proper idea to complete a project. Raise funds(Big corporate beggars) like begging money by launching a project, redirect funds to their debts and HOLD the project.
I am sharing this on my personal experience with Golden Gate properties. Don’t get lured and cheated by these builders. As far I know and comparing with the other builders, Golden Gate stands No.1 in cheating customers, delaying projects, poor customer service.
