Helipad, these are few of the reasons why I planned to pick up this flat and it comes with a good price tag compared to their neighbouring aptts. So just wanted find out if anybody had dealt with Golden Gate and their experience. If it was direct or through a broker as this info would give a good picture of the company as I’am paying it through my nose to pick up the flat it will b very helpful.
