3 years back I had booked a flat in Golden Serenity project, but till it was not completed. Already three years overs. Till how many years it may take we dont know.
They are not having minimum idea on this project. They are collecting huge amounts fro corporate people and enjoying with tha money with out starting construction.
Their behavior is like 0beggars. Better to stay in a rent, but dont invest in this builder and dont be cheated by them. If you have any doubts you can get information on serenity project then you will come to know the exact situation.
