I booked a property in Golden Serenity, Sarjapur Road in 2012. Still I am waiting to see minimum development in this project.
The project in charge Paul is the most cunning cheat you would find in Bangalore real estate industry. We have an owner’s group in Whatsapp and google group. All of our effort to put pressure is waste in front of this crook.
Problems In Golden Serenity:
in 4 years hardly 3% work is completed.
Documentation work is not proper. They are not eager to share docs for legal verifification
Very unprofessional attitude.
No newsletter and updates as promised in monthly meetings.
No answer to queries asked by plot owners.
No money to run projects.
