Friends, be careful of GGPL and don’t fall prey to so called positive reviews as it is clever trick of dumb malayali Krishna and customer cheater Seema working in GGPL employed exclusively to post a few reviews to counter customer grievances .
To get true picture meet any OWNER from Blossom , Kadugudi or Palms at Narayanpura , and you can come to know the true colors of these crooks . Golden Grand customers have paid all dues , 6 to 7 years back and still you see ONLY sore thumb like structures .Incidentally , the builder is advertising about helipads for customer ’s usage on 20th floor of Grand to avoid traffic snarl .Don’ t let them take you for fancy ride (sic) , as it is meant for fire evacuation and if ever you see helicopter landing on Grand , then there will be no GRAND, but towering inferno.
Best source of info is word of mouth and before venturing to GGPL office , make an effort to meet customers living in GGPL’s developed property and you will find only disgruntled lot incl me as I am ALSO one of their helpless victim and so called owner of a flat develoed by these crooks .
