I would like to bring your kind notice that please exercise caution when you are investing in Golden Gate Properties Ltd ventures both in Hyderabad & Bangalore
Let me share my horrible experience with them:
Golden Gate Properties Ltd has floated a project called Commune in hyderabad and we were the first people to book by paying a deposit of 1.5 Lakh last year in november.
However due to the current market fluctuations their project didnt take off and we came to know about this during April’ 2009. We had been chasing them to give our principal amount of deposit for which their team has been making us go in circles for the last 5 months.
Their employees attitude is really hopeless and they dont even respond to your calls(i had called them more than 50 times from overseas, but they just dont respond for my refund). I can share the entire list of email dramas which they carry on to just keep postponing the payment.
I really doubt if they would be able to deliver anything they promise to their customers.
Suggest you all not to INVEST in their ventures as I personally feel they are HOPELESS and UNTRUST worthy.
