I have couple of friends paid for Golden Holmes and don’t see any progress. Don’t invest with golden gates, you will loose all your money as they have lots of debt with many banks which banks are trying to pull the money back from them.
Next my friends are planning to go legally, if it does not work. It is not a big deal to pay few bucks to take ggpl out of market when they paid a lot for the project that too by a single person, what happens if multiple owners join. If you are planning to be future owner hold on and atleast check out progress by going to the project personally or search in internet for more details.
I will post you once I see some movement in golden homes until then this should act as negative publicity for golden homes.
