Orchid Piccadilly product is good but customer service(CRM) team who supports in providing the documents are really unhelpful. They share the half or usefulness document and when asked they talk too much of rules but when it comes to rules from their side nothing is applicable to them. They dont change a word in Agreement copy which give some doubtfulness on their ingenuity . I tried to escalate on the CRM team but was unable to find the next level contact.
