Our society had so much problems because of builder(Gulmohar Development) only,
Lift wasn’t working for 20-25 days because of quality of the lift, Society actually repaired multiple times in years.
as per current scenario builder took so much time to deliver to society but still no luck, he ate all maintenance charges with security deposit under some false repair done in society.
No fire safety equipments are implemented.
Car& 2 wheelers parking issues.
So society were paralyzed due to this and all the amenities were dumped in garbage.
Everyone was crying.
