I have brought a Flat in Gund & Pethe Associates Property - Life Square Lohegaon. Flat given to me was not in new condition. I did not observe it so much. But upon taking possession, I came to know many things.
1) Door Locks are old.
2) Bathroom seems to be used for over months.
3) Washroom Jets are old. Comod covers are broken.
5) Loft in Bathroom is incomplete in terms of finishing.
6) Only Drinking water Tap Provided in the Kitchen.
7) Promise of Giving Tata Sky connection is Still in Progress:) I do not know If I will get one!
When this was complained to Builder’s Partner(Dinesh Kankariya) and His associate from Vatstu Realty. They are Blaming everything on to Builder, Who is Def and Dumb.
