Gupta builders wronged all the investors and siphoned off funds. But Gupta brothers ran because high-approach connected miscreants(whose black money was involved) blackmailed Gupta’s and threatened them for their families life(If they had to run why did they not run since 2 years?). Now the very same miscreants have threatened the investors(SRAM) who were trying to revive the company along with genuine buyers grp. They even chased them out of Athens, destroyed all the records, looted the properties, vandalised Athens/Centrum as they were not genuine buyers who could claim their dues if company revives.infact they know that their wrongdoings will be caught in such a scenario. It is very unfortunate that these miscreants are the same who are leading GBA, calling media, lodging FIRs and duping innocent buyers by making them believe that they would get their money back by FIRs, Supreme court, NCLT etc.No ordinary buyer would have destroyed their own property, records etc. which was their last resort to sustain.This is a post by anonymous whistleblower who is an ordinary genuine buyer fearing his safety from these miscreants.
